At The Edited Version, we prioritise fast, secure, and reliable shipping. We partner with Royal Mail, a trusted carrier, to ensure your pre-loved purchases arrive safely and promptly.
Domestic Shipping: • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 working days.
• Shipping Carrier: We use Royal Mail for all domestic shipments, known for their efficient and secure service.
• Shipping Costs: £7 for UK deliveries.
International Shipping: • Processing Time: International shipping times will vary based on destination but may take longer than domestic orders.
• Shipping Costs: £15 for EU deliveries and £25 for International shipments.
• Delivery Times: Estimated delivery is typically 3 to 5 working days for EU orders and 5 to 7 working days for international orders, but actual delivery may vary due to customs processing and local postal services.
• Customs & Import Duties: Any applicable customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Royal Mail will contact you directly for payment of these duties once the package arrives in your country.
Return & Exchange Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your pre-loved purchase, and we are committed to making your shopping experience as seamless as possible.
Returns: • We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@theeditedversion.com for a return label. The return label cost will be deducted from your refund based on your location: £7 for UK, £15 for EU, and £25 for International returns once the item is in the full stages of the return process.
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
• Once we receive the returned item and confirm it's condition, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Exchanges: • We do not offer exchanges.
• If you’d like a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the alternative item.
• The returned item must be received within 14 days for a refund to be processed.
